For online grocery services, on time deliveries are an important part of their business model and key to keeping their customers happy. In this project, we worked closely with Redmart to develop a dynamic pricing engine that incentivizes their customers to choose delivery windows that save time and money for the company.

Using a proprietary algorithm trained on real world customer data from Singapore, we clustered deliveries optimally to minimize truck driving and service times. The algorithm effectively groups deliveries in the same general area together, so that drivers make multiple deliveries at a single stop.

In simulation, our algorithm is shown to reduce total fleet driving and working time by almost 50%.
